I feel the same way too concerning CW, i honestly believe he remembered. I think He liked EK from the beginning but was unable to express his feelings, same goes for EK. 100% believe BD got in the way of CW & EK becoming a couple. We have not seen the backstory from BD perspective so who knows if she really is a "true friend" to EK, I think not.

I feel like Her story isn't complete and most likely he went back after her and did it. If she was not raped, then she being all nervous and feeling of guilt doesn't make sense imo.
