Totally agree. The plot was lacking depth, the writer tried to make the 1000 yr past reveal soooo suspenseful that when you really check it out to me it didn't really make sense and not worth waiting for so many episode to reveal it. The beginning of the drama was thrilling but that was just it, the trilled faded after the 8th episode.
What if Shi Ho is the real mother of Bulgasal and not Sang Un? The picture that Hwal burnt last episode looked similar to Sang Un 600yrs ago, i feel like there is a mix up somewhere. Also maybe that's why the shaman preventing her from seeing beyond a certain time frame from her sis past lives.. because she knows once she sees as the shamen rightfully said they will all die.
Also everyone around Hwal developed a bond and some form of trust but not her, why? At first i thought Sang Un was the one that cursed Hwal but who knows it be might Shi Ho. She did not love him 600 years ago and she finds him uncomfortable now which brings me to the point that Shi Ho might just be the creator(mother of Bulgasals) that's actually seeking revenge.
I feel like next ep will make clear understanding of the bond Hwal and Sang Woon had before 1000 yrs or i should say the beginning of time. Maybe they both were bulagasls and when he died he reincarnated as a human and because of that curse things were miserable for him until he met his fate and died and reincarnated as bulgasal again.
What i found weird is that even as a child and human he was strangely strong and resistant to illness. Hwal's strength was almost supernatural in his human state.
The biggest question is, why was he cursed? Probably there were some betrayal, maybe Hwal and Eul Tae were brothers. Can we also say that Dan Sol has some bulgasal blood which gives her the ability to see past lives? Either way, i feel like she centers the triangle between The Bulgasals.
The husband died, Mi Ra went to jail. Time jump, she was released from prison and reunited with Sun Joo and they lived happily ever after like nothing happened.

I do feel like they do cherish each other despite the little resentment DD dad has because ana just up and left him with a baby. But that's about it, their love window already closed. There might be some attraction btwn them but i also feel like that will push his wife to character growth which in turn will solidify their relationship later on. so no divorce will take place.
