I don't trust WJ one bit. His vibe gives off narcissists and looks like he played both ladies. Even his portraits arts gives of antisocial vibes but then again i could be wrong.
I hope these korean actors dont try to speak english. Their accent is so terrible why they even try? its like…
Do you even know what an accent is? To put it simple its just using the rules of your country language to pronounce words.
Having a thick accent of one's mother tongue dosen't mean they can't speak english or any other language for that matter. If you go to all the english speaking countries you'll find that they all pronounce words differently. So would you say they can't speak English?
Also to what you said about American accent. Which American accent are you referring too? Because each state in America has totally different accent. I haven't been to all the states but my guess is that they are mimicking the Californian accent. A Newyorker accent is totally different from a Texan.
I find your comment rather ignorant and it would really discourage someone from learning a new language much less to confidently speak it.
Just because a drama doesn't have a " happy ending" doesn't mean it's not a good drama. Life is not always full of bell of roses, romance becomes a luxury to some, luck is not always on your side and the fittest survive.
It's a dog eat dog world out here and if you don't know the rules of the streets especially if you came from a poor family and don't know how to play the system then death's greetings becomes easier and closer.
To me, this was a great dark drama that show true life events (human / organ trafficking at it's best).
This is why it is also wise to READ the synopsis, genre and tags before starting a drama. To me it's not always fare to give a drama a low rate because you did not expect certain things to happen then become upset and hastily rate the drama. However to each it's own.... if you didn't like it then that's that.
This just reminds of the drama START UP which is another case and a half lol.
But seriously guys, thinking back and revising some of the episodes again i came to the conclusion that both Nabi and Jae Eon were infatuated with each other and they thought it was love. They confused infatuation with love. Which is the case in most toxic relationships.
What is love? If you look closely at their relationship it's plain to see that that was not love but infatuation. From the moment they meet they both said they felt deeply connected to each other. However if they were inlove Nabi wouldn't have to nag Jae Eon to tell her about himself, she would have known him for who he is and why he is the way he is.
I feel like this drama is perfect for a 2nd season, because ,what is this? The story just ended like that. I was expecting some form of growth and development from the leads .
I wouldn't recommend this drama to someone who is just getting into the dating pool . Someone who is young and innocent could watch this and think that it's okay. The way it ended basically saying it's okay to be in a toxic relationship as long as my partner is pretty/handsome and we have bomb sex. That's all Nabi and Jae Eon did anyway was sex each other. No communication, no dates just plain ole self centeredness and toxic vibes.
While I do get it's her choice, her decision let's not shy away from the fact that the relationship is insanely toxic and really needed to be addressed.
You're happy with toxic relationship? I mean...we can agree to disagree here.
Love is an action word if you think or anyone believe love should not be easy then they should not be in any relationship. If you said being in a relationship is hard work then that's different and rightfully correct.
