I have not read the webtoon so my response is unbiased and based on the episode at hand. It seems that many of you don't know / realise the POWER a toxic and manipulative person has over someone who is vulnerable such as Na Bi. I would say she is a naive but brave girl in the dating arena, yes she was in a relationship before but that was her first and only experience of being with a man in all forms. Now getting out of such a toxic relationship takes bravery especially since this was her First boyfriend. She broke up with her boyfriend but that doesn't mean she is not mentally,emotionally scared from it.
Ironically it just so happens that Jae Uhn is there at that moment. He now knows that she just had a breakup and now has the perfect opportunity to seduce her using the push and pull effect. At this point she has this feeling that the dude is kinda sketchy, not fully healed from her breakup the vulnerability in her decides to put one foot in but we can guess how manipulating works, they swoop you in and before you realise it your whole body and spirit is immersed in deeply with that person.
Guys I just finished watching the interview of them for this season and the trailer at the end, let me tell you I wasn't ready. SHITS EVEN CAZIER THAN THE LAST LOL. Lets go penthouse 3, I am ready to get stressed the hell out.
For some reason I am not buying the young master kindness/ fondness to the maid, I know I keep repeating this but there is just something about him. I do believe in attraction at first sight but his vibes just gives me bipolar/ psychopathy ness , I just have a feeling there is more to his character rigidness under the surface. To me both he and Ji Yong personality are quite similar or may be I'm just overthinking things.
If his actions towards the maid are pure I must say their storyline is too boring and cliché and we most likely will know the outcome for them both, something different would have been preferable if that's the case.
Is this worth the watch? Does it contains a ridiculous amount of cliché? Is the romance childlike? These are the things I'd like to know before starting.
