My first thought when I opened MDL :)

Ok. So it is a "healing drama". I know that current turn of the events are more of a stress than healing. But, I think this is needed as a shock, to go out of the comfort zone for the main characters. To face their traumas and speed up the healing process. At the end we will get the "healing" part and the "happy ending".

Oh, I cried so much. But I still don't believe that the Head Nurse is the Mother.
Why of sudden, the medical family of the MY mother was mentioned. Until then we knew that MY doesn't have any relatives. Maybe the Nurse is the sister of MY mother.
Why the police came to the hospital? Did they found Park Ok-run (the actress) body?
MY and GT have to join forces they cannot fight by their own. It was mentioned by Jae-su as well by MY when she said the Romeo and Juliette died because only Juliette drank the sleeping potion. So let them drink together. Meaning to be in it together.
Both are strong. GT said that he will do anything to protect his family. Also MY will protect her new family.
Everything has to be resolved in Episode 15 for us to have the whole happy Episode 16.
Oh, and I love ST in this episode. Great older brother. So supportive!

It makes us sad that is not recognized on all platforms on home front but like you said IONTBO created a 3rd wave (streaming). So if it not all rosy on the home front but the WHOLE WORLD loves it. So at the end of the day, I think this would be more important as it opens many doors for the Korean dramas and creates an interest. It is on a completely different level. And low rating from only Korean cable won't count much (but it would be appreciated). And the actors of IONTBO who have achieved this success, would reach mega stardom.

To answer your question, , there are so many theories. 1. MY mother, 2, sister of MY mother, maybe even a fan of the MY mother books. I am sure that very soon we will get the answer. It could be in either direction. Hard to guess.

Don't get angry. I know that it was a general question. But you asked about the head nurse in the context that something is going up with her. This is a hint and for someone who has not watched the episode yet it could spoil the surprise. Just to be on the cautious side better to use the "spoiler" option. Even with this type of general question.

It is a heartbreaking seeing that YM chose not to meet her father before his death. I can undestand her decision not to forgive him but on the other side it could be healing if she could hear him saying "I'am sorry". Of course if he would say it to her, because each time he saw her he was either saying or doing something bad. This pain with stay with her.
