WOW I was absolutely baffled by this drama. Very well done. Definitely violent and not for the weak hearted but a totally incredible drama. It honestly could have been a blockbuster movie.
This was worth the watch! Finished it in a few days and I found it to be pretty thrilling/ exciting. May or may not have started watching it cause I saw Gong Yoo was in it lol.
Awe! I totally and completely agree with your review of this. I have a special love for this K-drama and just this version of Boys over Flowers in general. Shinee is my favorite group and I was also introduced to them by this drama. I watched it for the first time around 2019, being the first K-drama I ever saw! Now I have seen it a million times lol. It will forever be in my heart and it made me so happy to see a review like this. I see a lot of hate for this drama. I can understand the hate towards it, but I don't understand why people don't treasure it and find it special despite the fact that it is a little problematic, etc...This drama is special because of exactly everything you mentioned. The acting, the CAST, the amazing OST that is unmatched, the story, and the good quality despite the year it was developed. This show is timeless and I am curious to find out if they will ever make a version as special as this one.
I absolutely loved it. I have seen it twice through now. I was looking foward to it for so long and it didn't disappoint! I am a big fan of Kim Woo-bin and I am so excited for whatever future projects he has in store. He is just amazing. So glad he is looking so healthy. This is worth the watch because of the detail, special effects, great acting, and the production quality.
So can I just say that episode 5 was actually pretty good? I was starting to get really dissapointed with the show so far, but episode 5 gave me some serious hope. The acting was great and the romantic scenes were just perfect.
I was laughing so hard during the Wan and Tul moment. It made no sense at all and honestly made me unconfortable. Although the final episode was a bunch of cringe, I liked the conclusion of the story. Out of all the side couples, my favorite was Manow and Pruek because they had the most realistic and natural relationship in the whole series, except for how they met lol.
I have enjoyed the show so far but I feel like ep 4 was a bit odd. I'm still gonna keep on watching though. I definitely felt like the party in general was super weird and out of pocket. I didn't mind the kiss with the 2nd lead, but it was a bit out of nowhere. But like I said, I will watch the drama all the way through and give it the benefit of the doubt.
