Pretty much a well thought out but dangerous plan. And from the looks of it the way NSC came home to search fo JW he does still live with him.

I was thinking the same thing but then I remembered it was NSC who actually saved the number in GJW's phone when they first met.

Understandable, that guy is a cop whose wife was murdered ofc he will hate murderers. But the changes in GJW are noticeable after the guy pretty much adopted him.
