Well, there's a clear difference between those two,but people are just curious, it's a comment section,you will find your answers quicker here,and you can also clear your other doubts,most people don't even think about searching stuff,which is kinda stupid I agree too,but most people didn't watch skam,I didn't either.So when they ask if it's bl or not, it's just curiosity,you will see many curious person in a opinion sharing site, that's the main reason these sites were created.and if you become tired seeing these comments than well you can't do anything about that, society is just like this.You will see so many people with different personalities and questions.You have to get used to it.
