Same thing happens in my country too,I can't even imagine boys having long hair in schools here,they will be fined,and probably go though many parents teacher meetings and in the end the boy will be kicked out of the school.No boys have guts to do this, it's a Muslim country,and I do think discipline is necessary and neat hair is part of it,they can style their hair after they finish their educations or when they are in university
