If I'm not mistaken, Liang Jie is signed under Lei Jia Yin's agency. Basically, Lei Jia Yin is her current boss and also a seasoned actor with a notable career, known for portraying numerous serious roles.
I think her decision to sign with his agency shows that she intends to shift her focus from idol romance dramas to more serious dramas.You can see that she was able to get more depth character roles such "Wen Jiang Yan in The Punishment", "Shen Ke Xi in Awaken" and soon you will see her as " Xiong Ying in Winner".

The Winner drama is considered as S++ production according to the Tencent platform and it is a male-centered drama which focuses 90% on a ML delivery company where Liang Jie plays as his business partner. So, I believe she will have more screen time compared to FL.
To me, so far her current agency does a great job giving her a meaty character that is different from before and gives her more challenges. This eventually gives her a more lasting career path and provides the opportunity to be nominated or win more awards for serious roles.
