Sure he didn’t try to actually kill either of them, especially once knowing that they were friends with Sum, because he allegedly did really like her. And it’s probably obvious she wouldn’t have been okay with him murdering her friends and then wanting to have sex with her. Is that not reason enough for him to not kill them? I mean there’s also the fact that he probably figured Sum would either kill him/prove that he killed her friends so then that would mean he would have to kill Sum, and he didn’t want to kill her because he actually liked her or whatever. Etc etc
I think your “reasons” for thinking this show is dumbfuckery could be thought out a little deeper. If people begin with a biased opinion based on what other people said that they agreed with bc it looks morally sound or something lol, they likely won’t have the capacity to think deeper than the biased opinions they already formed prior to watching.
