This may appear to sound rude which is not my intention but I find it strange as to how wedding announcements are made in S Korea, such as the following : "Actor Lee Tae Ri will be tying the knot this May with his precious partner." His bride-to-be is a non-celebrity, and the two have promised to spend their lives together based on deep trust and affection for one another.

Everything that has been announced is obvious IMO and is NOT needed to be said in such detail. Is it doen to appease any fans, whom I know in S Korea can be very over zealous, to say the least.

Things like "precious partner" and "spend their lives together based on deep trust and affection for one another". These matters should go without saying, they just ARE.

And, if anytime in the future, couples who have made announcements like this, do seperate, it makes them and what they promised each other and their fans, to look rather foolish which is humiliating and embarassing :-(

I just find it very strange. The world and zealous fans do not need to know the ins and outs of these peoples private lives because they just happen to be in the public eye due to their careers.

There is losing weight and then there is being, nigh on, obsessive and taking it to the far extremes, which seems to have been done here.

Her legs in the top photograph look like they are skeletal and some damage done to the bones by extreme dieting, WILL cause, if not already HAVE caused irreversible damage. Might not feel it now, BUT when a little older, she will feel the results, being in immense pain and stiffness, due to arthritis etc... and so many women especially, get these chronic conditions naturally, let alone being helped by bad dieting.

I suffer from a chronic auto immune illness as well as arthritis and would do ANYTHING within my means to get shot of these debilitating illness's in a flash. Live just one day, just one hour in immense pain and stiffness and there is no way anyone would diet to the extreme like this, for no amount of money or fame would ever make up for it :-(

And her manager, the studio the drama is made under, should also be held responsible for someone not making the healthiest, wisest, most intelligent choice for themselves.

It is like watching and waiting for a disaster to happen. You know its coming if nothing is done to stop it but so many people have financial gains to be made that they dont really care about anyones long term health being at stake.

Its a cut throat industry with no one really looking out for anyones best interests :-(

I was wondering why or what made you think this actress would not act or be offered any other roles than Mask Girl as so many people have commented on what a great role she took and acted very well in and yet your comment was spot on correct?

I have not seen anyone else EVER predict and post such a comment before.

If you dont me me asking but can you remember WHY you thought she would not have a second role, especially after so many people have praised her.

WHY should anyone feel beholden to the general public? Just because they are an actress? She is entitled to a private life of her own chosing but the culture regarding "famous" people in South Korea is TOXIC. You are correct in saying that it would have been a scandal and she is pre empting this, but I ifind it sad that, basically, strangers have this stronghold over anyone whom is know to them :-( This behaviour by over zealous fans/general public, should NOT be tolerated and by doing so, furthers the confidence of these idiotic people. The general public in SKorea "mourn" when young stars end their lives BUT in many instances THEY are one of the main factors that have caused such actions :-( These type of fans are basically stalkers whom bring fear and harm to whom they follow AND they get away with it! South Korea really needs to improve in this area. Being a star does NOT mean you have sold your self and/or your sole to over ealous fans and the general public and the quicker these weirdo's learn this, the better for all.

WHY on earth not. One does not need to be married or in a relationship to bring up a perfectly healthy/intelligent child with great morals too. Yours is a very small minded and outdated opinion and you are basically insulting all children born into single parent families saying it is a NEGATIVE thing to do / have done :-( What about parents whom are widowed at a young age. My B/F lost his wife to a brain tumor when she was 23. Thankfully they had their daughter when they were just 20. She has been raised beautifully by her father ONLY. One of the happiest children I have ever known whislt growing up and this is with the extra stress she had having lost her mum at such a young age. She was in kindergarten with my twins and all the other mums/parents rallied round to help. Although no one can replace a mum she had constant female attention whilst growing. Single parents are not totally isolated and neither are their children. And BTW it IS definately prejudiced to think its a negative thing to be in a single parent family. Its quite shameful that anyone would think any different of a child due to how many parents they have - its appalling to think like that :-(

Have you ever seen the story of one IVF Dr whom used his OWN sperm (without the womens knowledge)? I believe he has well over 100 children?! There was a documentary about it. He has messed up so many peoples (mainly the children born from..) that it is unbelieveable. I cant remember if he was ever criminally charged and if he was, what the charge would be? But I doubt he is the only Dr out there doing this.Saves money that they pay the donors :-( I wonder if there is now some sort of screening of "deposits" so as to know that they did NOT come direct from the Dr himself? I do not think that people feel IVF (having babies from) is unethical, but many of the practises involved are / can be as these can be easilt taken advantage of :-( I actually think its wonderful that this lovely actress is having another child, but find it quite concerning you can do this without the other parties initial consent. The ex husband seems a fine man in support of his ex wife and new baby. Many men would have scarpered. Its a shame they split because this says he has a good nature/personality IMO.

The Male Lead looks as sexy as in the trailer and the Female is exceedingly pretty and feminine. Thats sorted on the visual front PLUS the actual story looks great. This pairing look good together. I thought the Female Lead was superb in My Journey To You. I am rewatching MJTY for about the fith time. I love every single minute of it. Fangs of Fortune gave me the same vibe witht he darkness and same scenery and I dint realise they were both directed by the same woman. I should have guessed this beforehand ;-) Anyway I am really looking forward to this drama !!

I was with my parents faithfully until thje end of their days and I would never have had it any other way. I miss them MORE every year and it has been 5 long ones already :-(

I will never look at this couple with the eyes I did. My parents meant the world to me and I cared,loved and looked after them until the day they left this world ! I, and my husband, would NEVER have had it any other way!! They could have stolen millions and still I would never have changed my feelings and care towards them. My sister and I had a brautiful childhood because of their hard work, love and dedication. The wife obviously forgotten that where she is now was probably partly to do with them - their help, love and encouragement.

OR maybe she just NEVER loved them? This is NOT the reaction of a normal loving daughter.

Reminds me of Harry and Mughan, and we have all seen how they treated both sets of their parents. And this married couple of TV people have done the same.

I wondered after my post if the info was from the trailers. Thank you for the. reply anyway :-) I paid to join Youku (Eng) on YT and then noticed they are still an episode behind their main YT Channel, which I would need to pay for again ! I think thats a bit cheeky as the payment is the same cost (GBP8.99 Per month) and it says you have up to date episodes, where obviously the Eng Channel doesnt as it is always behind the main channel. Hopefully if anyone else see's this before paying, join the main channel (it is also subbed) and you will be totally up to date :-) The upcoming episodes sound really interesting. I am loving this show far more than I expected and both main leads are fab! Have a lovely day x

I fully concur with your original post and your response to this uneducated poster.

And to call you defensive is rich - everything about their posts is defensive and nigh on hysterical, they have to resort to name calling which is infantile.

The irony is that they admitted to knowing nothing about the ac tress involved, which I would find highly embarrassing, but the uneducated have very thick skins.

I think all that have read your posts can see that they originate from care and concern for a young actress who is "burnt out" by this industry which is very toxic at times.

I hope she gets the rest that she needs and does not feel under pressure by obsessive fans to return to the screen at all if that is what she wants and needs to recover.
