Yess that's where I saw the sparks fly as well, the actors were too good. I was actually really pissed, they would've made such a good couple and so much character development could've been shown through their relationship.

Thank god, I though I was making up a whole new plot in my head! No fr tho like everyone was so shippable, even though they quite literally ripped my heart out when they killed off Bai Jiu and Ying Lei. I was crying buckets of tears

Sorry I have just one question was I the only one expecting something between Zhou Yichen and Pei Si Jing cause I swear there was a little bit of romantic tension somewhere between them...or not (now I feel like I'm imagining it), so can someone pls clarify if they felt like that at all (even just a tiny bit) or not

I would consider it a happy ending but they did leave us hanging at the end, so I'm hoping there's season 2 cause I would personally love that.
