Hi, Does anyone have good website/s with 1080p quality and good subtitles for dramas? I'd appreciate it if you could reply to this post with the website or send me a message. Thank you.
I went into this blind, without reading the synopsis or any trailers. I was surprised when the main couple met when the female lead was only like 14 years old. I expected things would get weird and that this wouldn't really be my thing. But it surprised me.
It didn't actually feel wrong or creepy. The female lead is the only one with a crush on the male lead for the longest time. She's like 16 or 17 years old when it really starts and the male lead was 22 years old I think. She likes him as a man, but he doesn't see her in that way, neither does he notice or realise her feelings for him, so it didn't feel wrong. I just wanted to clear this up for anyone that may be hesitant etc.
This drama doesn't really have anything new or amazing. It's very slow in my opinion and the plot is fairly straight forward.
But what it has it a very cute couple. You get to see all their interactions from start to finish over like 8 years. It's very slow, cute and beautiful. There is just this innocence to their relationship, especially when they meet again in Yihe and the male lead starts developing feelings too, that makes it very special. I find it hard to put into words, but it just felt different and special.
All in all. You watch this for the romance between the main leads and nothing else. It's slow and takes its time. Maybe you'll find it boring or maybe it'll be just right for you. I enjoyed it though.
Is there anyone who actually watched it for real? How was it? Muslims don’t need to reply.
Disappointing tbh.
The overall story is very lacking. I don't really know what to say tbh. I don't know what they were going for. It just doesn't hold your interest for it's length and the writing isn't smart in any way. The way the conflict between the MLs and the villain is concluded is stupid as hell.
Suzy is about as beautiful as it gets and her acting was actually great. I feel like she's improved with each role over the years. Woo Bin looks the same as always and his acting was great too. Honestly there's a lot of talented actors in this drama somehow. The interactions between the main leads are really the only this to look forward to but they can't carry this drama because of the writing. Especially towards the end, I felt there was a lack of consistency in their actions, and the ending was nothing to write home about.
As for the people complaining about culture/religion - well I never care for those things. I do hate it when kdramas have people speaking in different languages tho because it always sounds ass, but I don't speak Arabic and haven't heard much of it before so it didn't bother me much in this one.
Is it worth watching? Not really. But if you like fantasy and want to watch Suzy and Woo Bin, go for it. Just skip through other scenes when they get boring.
https:// mkvdrama. net/if you wanna watch with best quality then go for itit also a safe site & so far the…
You need to download episodes to watch them? Is there a way of just streaming them from the site? I don't like the idea of downloading something on my pc from an unknown site.
Not great. Not entirely terrible. Average at best. There's decent chemistry between the main leads imo and the romance has it's moments. The second leads are quite good too, especially with the relationship between the second lead and the little kid. It would have been nice if they developed their relationship a little further before the end so we got a better conclusion but it was still fine.
Overall, the plot is just kinda all over the place and the drama lacks identity - like some people have mentioned in comments earlier. Even by the end, there are some things that don't have a conclusion. The main conflict between the MC and his mother, and the other acts his mother committed, they don't have the best emotional conclusion. Like I don't believe the MC and FL would get over that without even an emotional outburst. Idk it kinda just felt underwhelming? The the worst aspect for me personally, are the 'misunderstandings' /fallouts between the MC and FL. The conflict between them was a little weak. It felt kinda forced and therefore was a little stupid and annoying.
Overall though, not bad if you're here entirely for a bit of romance.
I could write an essay, but I'll keep it short. There is only one reason to watch this drama, which is the romance between the main couple, and that was more than enough to keep my eyes glued to the screen to the very end. The main leads, Yuan Shuai and Jiang Jun, have incredible chemistry. Their interactions were so cute and funny. They bring a smile to your face every time. Anyway, their romance is the strongest part of the drama. If you enjoy romance dramas, then just watch for them alone. Skip the other stuff if you would like. The second couple didn't really click for me. They were a little boring to watch so I just started skipping/fast forwarding their scenes. Imo they were the weakest part of the drama. I think Du Lei could have been a much better character. He could have had a better redemption arc or something like that, but the writer kinda messed that up imo. His actions towards the end seemed out of character. It was like the writer just wanted to use him as a tool to create conflict to squeeze out a few more episodes, which weren't really needed. Personally, I think the story could have been tied up nicely around episode 30, with maybe 1 or 2 more episodes to give everyone a proper ending. Conclusion: A must watch drama for romance fans.
I guess they're waiting to be sure that the Xiao Zhan antifans have subsided and won't rise up to kill the drama…
It's so sad and unfair. Unless I have my facts wrong, Xiao Zhan literally didn't do anything wrong. The guy is just caught in the line of fire between his fans and other people's fans. It's ridiculous to be honest. A person being hated to such an extent, and so many people trying to turn his whole life upside down for something he didn't directly do or cause. There are so many shitty and corrupt people in the world, yet so many idiots spend their time and energy to bring down someone like Xiao Zhan. You would think people were intelligent enough to see what really happened and figure out who they should really blame, but instead they just blame the easiest target.
Yes, I know about the male lead being a great guy in Princess Agents, which is why I'm drawn to the drama, but the ending always makes me think twice and I end up not watching it.
I don't mind sad endings. Sometimes, I think they're the only logical and fitting option, but I really dislike cliffhangers because they leave me feeling unsatisfied and I don't get the closure I need/want when I finish a drama. For me personally, one of the biggest appeals of Asian dramas is that they usually conclude stories in one season. You are usually guaranteed a conclusion which I feel is very necessary, because without the conclusion, I question why did I even watch this? I'm willing to wait for second seasons, for example, Joy of Life 2. As long as the second season is confirmed it's fine, otherwise it's like torture checking all the speculating news/updates. Also, it's extremely disappointing and upsetting when certain dramas with cliffhangers don't get a second season. It leaves me wanting something that I'll never get and that feeling is really crappy. Anyway, let's hope 2021 brings us some incredible dramas with beautiful romances like the one in Love and Redemption. That'll slowly help us move on.
I want to watch Princess Agents, but at the same time I really don't. A while ago, I accidently watched a part of the sad/cliffhanger ending. If I watch it, I feel like I'd just be setting myself up for torture. I'll watch it immediately if a second season is released. Btw I love your profile picture :)
I'm still unable to fill the void (since Sept), but I think nothing can probably fill the void completely until…
No, unfortunately I don't know any Chinese, only a little bit that I've picked up from watching dramas. I wish I was fluent in it though because it would mean I could understand and watch Chinese dramas that haven't been subbed. And, yes, I've watched a few of the behind the scenes videos of the main leads together on youtube. They really are cute together on and off screen. It feels kinda weird though listening to their real voices rather than the dubbed drama version. I prefer their real voices. I wish they'd stop dubbing dramas, but I guess they must have their reasons. Also, I found this video in the comments a few days ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OI-Q4t6rj0Q I've watched it way too many times already. The first 10 seconds are way too adorable.

Yeah, I agree. Love and Redemption just hit me different from other Chinese dramas. Normally in Chinese dramas, the romance itself is quite good, but the overall plot is filled with annoying and stupid elements, which brings down the drama as a whole, making it a less enjoyable experience. This drama was almost perfect in all regards. It got me emotionally invested to a point that I usually never do with other dramas or things in general, so it's very special to me. We only got to see 59 episodes too. Apparently the drama has a uncut version which is 72 episodes long. We can only hope it is released soon.
Could you guys recommend dramas with similarities to Love and Redemption?
Please comment! This is one of those dramas that you loved so much that it's engraved in your memory. I'm sure there are many people like me who've finished watching this drama, probably re-watched it many times and are looking for something to fill the void it left.
I'm mainly looking for a similar romance, and a similar male lead. For example, a romance which is pure and doubtless, and a male lead like Si Feng, who is strong, loving and selfless. The drama doesn't have to completely revolve around the romance, as long as there is a decent amount that's enough for me. Although I'd prefer historical romances, it's completely fine if it's a modern drama that includes the preferences I mentioned above. I will give an example of something I'm not looking for: Goodbye My Princess. Although the chemistry between the main leads was great, I couldn't agree with the male lead's actions, so I never fully enjoyed the drama. Please recommend as many as you can think off because I've watched a lot of dramas and it's very likely that I will have watched a lot of the popular dramas that you guys recommend. Thanks in advance.

But trust me, and as you can probably tell from other comments too, it cannot be compared to any of those 3.
