I think it will, I think that the jealousy will just be one of the main drama points, Watarai acknowledges both now and in the last season that he knows its wrong to do and that he shouldn't, along with that it isn't portrayed as cute or hot and is always done in a tense awkward atmosphere which usually signals that it's gonna be a point of conflict opposed to just a normal part of the relationship

Looks like it won't be promoting it, and instead the possessiveness will be a the main hurdle for them to get over (based off episode one) when he's possessive the atmosphere is awkward and both he and their friends acknowledge it's wrong, he simply can't help it and Hioki is unaware his actions (things like not reaching out first) contribute heavily to it. In season one they set this up a bit and already laid out that it's wrong and Watarai knows it is, he just struggles to not do it when insecure

I'm crying I thought u guys were being dramatic about watarai jealousy but OMG 😭😭 Seems like that's what it gonna be a big plot point this season and I'm sat 😭 Im so happy to see them back they r so cute 😭 Seems like Hioki is to relaxed Abt the relationship and Watarai is the opposite so it's clashing and making him freak out.. There was hints at this last season so not surprised but definitely interested on how it'll work out and the plot points we'll get from it, icl I love a little bit of jealousy

Awh they were so cute 😭😭 Im already salivating for a season 2, also, i need the potential side couple of the 2 friends explored?? Anyways this was so sweet! Despite having some tropes they were well done and didn't seem thrown in as a clip for yt\tt like some seem to be nowadays 👀 Its very cute, light, and green flag with minimal drama! And it also isn't cringe like alot of stories from these categories seem to fall into (granted my cringe tolerance is high) Despite it's length I thought the storyline was good and stayed on track! Definitely recommend watching if you want a short but sweet read!~

Seriously so cute, hardly any drama (the little there is gets solved very quickly!) and is mainly just fluff 😭😭 Its seriously a slow burn HAHAHA but not that bad as it's not a very long series! Would definitely recommend watching as a cute little feel good binge!

To give more context on the uncut ver I believe they show a flashback of Soh as a young child losing\messing up a competition at the very last step and losing, after winning all the years before and immediately facing judgement from the crowd of adults, so it's definitely trauma related, not sure why they didn't add that to the cut version 😭!
