Sure he didn't tell him that he could get pregnant but the night of the impregnating they was out of condoms and Sheng didn't want to wait when HY would've sent out for some. That scene in the book was actually funny as hell... especially Sheng learns he pregnant and he confronts HY about it. HY imitating Sheng's voice as he was recounting that night.... Like I warned you.... don't blame me if something happens 🤣

I think either way the minute Sheng walked by and he smelled his scent HY would've broke free and grabbed him.
