Its nothing new in kdramas. 2FL character always like that and make them irredeemable, no matter how pretty she looks while they try to justify 2ml actions by giving him sympathy card as long he looks little handsome because I'm sure if a below average looking ordinary guy played that Haejin character. He will be roasted 100% without a doubt and not half baked like now.

(Most) Women don't like pretty women.
(Most) Women has lot of empathy towards good looking guys. They belive them and always give benifit of doubt again and again until they are proven with proof that they are wrong.

Kdrama writers and most of the female audience favourite trope that is.

It will never change.

But I don't see it will be interesting as character behaviour is so inconsistent. Especially SangEun.

I just don't like how she reacts after she get kissed by Haejin. She should have gone face to face talk instead of using phone call and make things clear. That would have made Jiho and SangEun confession more impactful.

So far it gives feeling of she only trying to cut off things with Haejin because of Jiho, not because of the kiss.
If Jiho doesn't confirm his feelings, it seems she will still continue acting as a girlfriend to haejin ignoring kiss completely.

Great excuses to defend his pathetic behaviour.

I don't like SangEun character either.

It's better to enjoy show from our own perspective ls. Sorry for distributing you. It's my mistake.

I expected different situation when they confessed mutual feelings for each other. So for me it feels completely forced and anticlimactic. It's not like they are some kind of teenagers. They know about each other so little and need to learn lot of things about each other a lot and they have their own bagge to dealt with.
I would be happy even if they get together at the last episode but not this. Writers should come out of this routine setup.

Even if she asks a kiss. A man who respects the woman he likes would never do it especially when she is in completely drunken state. It's not like they confirmed their mutual feelings prior to that. He just think her as his possession. Thinking very highly of her is simply out of question.

I'm not shipping her with Jiho but what haejin did was extremely pathetic and She saying sorry for that even though I don't agree but it is best way to insult his ego and show where his place is.

I don't see HaeJin and SangEun as traumatic characters. They're far from it. Only Jiho is. Especially Haejin character has nothing to do with it. His present behaviour has nothing to do with his childhood or with his rich family.

My opinion is not generalized one. It only applies to situation they shown in this drama. No need to stress about it.
Promoting is a wrong word i used. Sorry for that. What i meant was they are normalising these kind of stuff.

They Kissed is misleading. SML forced a kiss on her when she is in complete drunken state but as usual it's nothing wrong as FL admitted it was her mistake.

I just wish she will cut off all her ties with SML for good. It will be more good if she chose different profession for living.

Understanding and defending/Justifying his actions are different things.

I also understand why that character behaves that way but doesn't mean i agree with everything he does.

In my opinion SangEun is still hot mess. I'm not going to give any befinit of doubt for the things that not shown yet. Her character is extremely inconsistent.

She is professional at her work? But why it gives the feeling she is just a doormat when it comes to Haejin?

After today's episode i decided not to take any character seriously including Jiho. All are equally frustrating and everyone is living in their own created world like HaeJin.

I'm excepting a kiss scene btw Jiho and his ex-wife infront of SangEun to balance the equation perfectly.

For me it was like they promoting western culture.

I'm waiting for people who will defend and justify 2ml actions in this episode. It will be fun to read different perspectives.

Drunken mistake? Yeah. Writers trying to brainwash audiences and trying to say it's not a big deal.
Even if they have sex, it still a drunken mistake.

They used that kiss scene to force jiho to admit his feelings for SangEun. But i felt it awfully cheap trick to give a chance for 2ml to kiss fl.

Madam Yoo and SagEun both are same. Equally dumb and frustrating.

Respect? Haejin doesn't know that kind of things. So far he has a mindset of "I will get whatever I want"

Yes FL character is a hot mess.

The intresting factor for me so far in this whole drama is how and when leads confirm their feelings. Finally it's done and dusted but it comes only after her mouth get violated by Haejin which takes away the romantic feeling when Jiho and SangEun kissed.

Rom-com phase is over and it's melodrama time. What's remaining in this drama is Mandatory breakup and last minute open ending.

Writers will play sympathetic card for Haejin using his rich family as an excuse like he is sacrificing his love to save SangEun from his family. According to kdrama logics it's shows his true love for SangEun?

Jiho Ex wife. I want to know more about her. To be fair her screen presence is too good.

I'm not rooting Jiho and SangEun as a couple. I still don't see any emotional connection btw them. It seems jiho always get attracted to messy personalities. First his Ex and now SangEun who doesn't have any control over her life.

That's kdrama basic rule. FL is smart enough in all other things except reading and seeing SML intentions and actions.
