Whoever is misunderstanding and criticizing Po's behaviour and ignores him as a character,sidelines his point of view,they just straight up ignores Po's kindness and vast contributions in everybody's life,
and says he exists only at 'recieving end' and 'lacks decision making ability','doesn't initiate or leads despite having experience','lost his personality',I would like to state some critical analysis..(I shared these points under someone's comment also)

We can definitely say Po is anything but a 'naive oblivious clueless puppy'..
He is more mature,calm and composed with a recent past trauma which is still healing & also he is in search of finding himself.. (You can heal,overcome obstacles and continue to move forward with your life but your body remembers each and every trauma)..

1) Keep it in mind,without Po,the band would be disbanded already..Don't forget his contribution already..
Within very few first interactions with Thame and rest of the band he understood the root of the problem and what they actually wants and made them speak their mind to him and each other..
