I personally feel like this is a big change. The whole reason the person created the Liar Game was to expose true human nature, which is that humans are greedy and will lie. Nao was the one who could disprove that and it was her goal to show that there are good and honest people out there, and that she could win/end the game through her honesty. Also, her honesty is what made Akiyama help her. If she is a liar, what makes her any different from the other competitors? Why is it such a big deal she not say a small lie? Because small lies grow to big lies. For me, changing this character changes her whole purpose in playing this game. Now, I see her as no different than the rest of the liars.

I just watched the 5 min preview, and I'm not looking forward to this anymore. I was hoping for the original drama feel which they completely took out. It doesn't even feel like Liar Game anymore. I liked the secrecy of the game and the mysterious anonymity of the host. Those were two parts of the game that really kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the show. :/

I can't help but find it amusing that instead of being caught in like an sexual act, they are finally caught by his wife while holding hands in a library. It's so innocent, yet not. Can't wait for the next episode!

OMG YES! If only Song Jae Rim wasn't already doing a show, he would make a great Akiyama. I'm curious to see who they cast and crossing my fingers they can capture the same feel as the original was able to do!

Ok Ryeon is the girl that has been there for Shin Jung Tae throughout this entire show and has been waiting for him her entire life. While Gaya is over here plotting revenge and stuff. I just feel that honestly, Gaya and Shin Jung Tae were destined to be enemies. That is just my personal opinion.

I am obviously part of the minority here, (so please don't throw tomatoes at me:/) but I really don't understand why so many people hate Ok Ryeon.I know a lot of you are bias because you don't like the actress and personally I haven't seen Bridal Mask so I can't say anything on that. And I admit, Gaya is a great fighter. I'm all for that. Girl Power! I just don't understand the reasoning behind the Gaya x Jung Tae ship. Yea she liked him since the childhood, but if we are using that reason, then isn't it important to mention that OK Ryeon knew and liked him long before Gaya. True, he saw her as a sister at the time, and developed a crush on Gaya instead. However, that was for a couple days. Then they got seperated for years. Now it is 8 years later. Why would they be together because of a crush they had on each other 8 years ago?

Thanks for replying! It means a lot. I do enjoy his character more in this show compared to PK, but that may be because I didn't like PK in general. I like your explanation of the character and I guess I see it a little. I guess I will have to keep watching though to see what happens with him.

Oh I know! I love the actor in the flashbacks! But I must admit, I'm pretty hooked to the show even though I'm not really that into historical dramas.

So far I think he is doing a good job. I'm only on episode 6 and I have to admit I was confused when some of the characters had the same actor playing them in the flashback and in the present. I didn't care for the first episode so much, but it is getting better. I must say though that I am not a big fan of medical dramas, so when they do close up of the medical stuff, I kind of look away. lol. Do you like it?

Oh that is rough. When I started watching dramas, I was one of the only people in my group of friends who watched it. They gave me weird looks at first because of it. I had to start getting sneaky to find ways for them to watch it. Right now, my roommates and I are watching The Master's Sun together. They love it!

Will you be putting a little more focus on the Yi Jung/Ga Eul romance? I felt they should have done more with them in both the Japanese and Korean version. Please have more scenes with them and develop their relationship more!
