Pink and Grey turned out to be much better movie than I expected it to be. And I'm afraid to say anything because one small thing can be big spoiler xD It's definitely worth watching.
I watched them all and well, any of these movies isn't really perfect. Brain Man has Toma Ikuta as main and a lot of great additional cast but although plot has big potential, it remains unused, unfortunately. As for Library Wars - I love this story and first one gives great enjoy but second one has too much action scenes and not enough plot. Not to mention that Satoshi Tezuka haven't got as much time as he deserves. And last - Platina Data. It's my favorite from this set. Ninomiya did good job and I like director Keishi Otomo. Plus, split personality matter is really interesting for me. And music! Hiroyuki Sawano is just wonderful ♥
One of the best movies with these genres for me are: Confessions, World of Kanako, Dead Run, Villain (!) and recent Pink and Grey was good as well.
Maou is totally No.1 for me - best Japanese suspense drama ever. Quiz Show 2 was also incredible *-* As for Ryusei no Kizuna, sometimes it bored me but was watchable.
For me one of the best dramas from this genre are:
- Siren (its atmosphere was great!)
- Ouroboros (again Toma and again good job)
- N no Tame ni (based on Kanae Minato's book!)
and many, many more but these ones are the best for me <3
"The Fallen Angel" with Ikuta Toma is also based on novel that is translated into english (and many other languages!) as well as the latest Bocchan with Nino - original work is by Natsume Soseki :3
I would really like to read Pink and Gray, My palpitating life or Grasshopper - and many others! It's such a pity that there is just few Asian books translated into english (I'm not even talking about my native language...) :c
I don't have many ocassions to eat japanese food, but I once ate sushi - it was super delicious <3 By chance I ate one with sashimi and because I love spice food, it was great for me :D Besides this I really like omurice. I ate only that made by me tough. But I think that taste is similar to the original, I hope so xD What else? Well, I made with friends dango and pocky too - super tasty! Although majority of this all I made by myself and there's not that much, I like japanese food and I hope to taste more of it :3
