I think the ratings on some of the higher rated shows are just proving to me I need to try to watch more low rated…
I just finished the series and this is the comment I was looking for! For me, it was just OK and I don't get all the hype. I agree with everything you said and I have to add it lacked a lot of things and I wanted more plot and communication rather than random, unnecessary drama.
Maybe it's just me, but lately I feel like most of the famous high-rated BLs that everyone is so enthusiastic are kinda mediocre. I usually take my time picking what to watch next, so it’s even more disappointing when it turns out nothing like what I expected.
I'm not judging the people who love it, but I'm just glad I found someone who feels the same way.
I just started watching the series and I'm really confused about the fact that the "voices" of deaf people are dubbed. What's the point of including those characters in then? Also, what's the whole point of Eun Gyeol hiding them he can play guitar because they can't play? Of course deaf people can play and hear music.
