I think the difference is that both yeeun and sangwon seemed to be hitting it off well , so i guess she expected him to say no one else. While jiwon was surprised that sanghyeon picked her and even asked him if he had no other choice so he ended up with her. Both of them didn't hit off romantically , i don't see that date translating into real interest which they both knew but played it cool and polite. He still wants to know bonhee and she still wants to know mujin. I think sangwon shot to be yeeun n1 so she was too disappointed to know she is a choice and not a number one i guess
