Haha. So true. The one with glasses (Kashiwagi), i remember seeing him in High & Low for the 1st time. He wore glasses in that drama also. And my first thought was he looks like professor snape.

I dont know if you'd enjoy it, but i did. There were barely any love triangle and misunderstandings. The main leads were mature so was their relationship.

Is there breakups can someone reveal spoilers
Yes. They broke up twice . First breakup was fake [only to show the psychotic sister mengmeng] . And the latter break up was real but they also sort it out quite quickly.

What a sweet drama it was!! I have never completed any Chinese dramas with 40 eps. Haha this is my first. And i loved it. I fast-forwarded all the side stories and watched only the scenes of male and female lead. They were really sweet and lovely. This drama has my heart. I enjoyed it very much.

It's okay if someone didn't like the movie. But in my opinion this movie is really awesome. I would definitely give it a 10/10. Japanese people are really creative.

That annoying, flourescent-lipped freak on the Internet- when he died in the drama by those monsters, that was the most satisfying scene.

Ah I get it. It's okay if you don't wanna continue the drama. I really liked it because I found it intriguing and new. I had no objection on the bad CGI. The acting was on the point. The female lead, the lawyer she happens to be one of the actresses I have been watching since my childhood. She is also my favourite. This drama was not like any typical k drama I have watched. So I loved it.

Title Hellbound Spoiler
My thought was exactly like yours when I started watching this drama. But I thought about finishing it because…
But the real thing starts after the death of Yoo Ah In's character. He confesses to the police man that those bad CGI creatures (and their killings) have nothing to do with God or whatsoever. But those three monsters happens to be some sort of supernatural creatures from unknown world. Yoo ah in first recieved his death profecy when he was in school (he was innocent and didn't do any bad/sinful things) and lived his whole life in fear and doing good works. He wanted all the people to live in the same fear like him. That's why he created a cult "New Truth Society" brainwashing people into doing good work. But he died anyway. The police man decided to keep his mouth shut to save his daughter from going prison (as he saw a video of his daughter and Yoo Ah In murdering a bad person.) The story then fast-forwards to 3 or 2 years and it shows People were blindly following the cult "New Truth Society" and bashing/ harrassing/ beating other people who weren't following or supporting the cult. It clearly shows that People can be manipulated by religion and that is really scary.

Yes. So true. At first I was like what the hell just happened? Then the police department weren't taking the case seriously so I thought what about the witnesses and video proofs. I was so pissed about the whole situation, because it was really unrealistic and fake. And I kept thinking why the hell they even bothered to create this awful drama.

You gotta watch the anime or read the manga. Then you'll understand that tomoe has always been Ice cold and expressionless.…
It's just my opinion. I feel like Kasumi always act a bit robotic. :/

Everything was good except The girl playing kenshin's wife. Why she was so stiff with her expressions? Kenshin literally cut her back and she didn't even look hurt. She just fell down with poker face. She was too concious to look good than actually acting .

The cases of Royal chef DukGu (where the prince get paralysed), JangGeum drawing up taste of food, diabetic Chinese envoy, the whole competition to chose highest kitchen lady, successfully treating small pox and the scene where king gives higher rank to JangGeum despite all the ministers protesting, all were very heart touching and will remain in my heart forever. T_T

10/10

Believe me when I say it's a masterpiece! A true masterpiece. My love and admiration for this drama is on another level.

As you can see, it is based on a real person named JangGeum -the first female physician of choseon.

Hats off to the writer. They have beautifully shown the history of Korean culture. And the actors were brilliant.

A story, with female lead who struggles her way through higher rank in choseon dynasty where women didn't have much freedom. And I really love how there isn't any kissing scene (as Lee Young Ae suggested the kissing scene isn't that important for the script/story)but the romance is sooo sweeet. I was dying to see JangGeum and JungHo's scene.

I wish they would make this types of dramas. Now days k-dramas are just famous but lack logic and acting. God!!

Oh God!! Taecyeon LMAO. HE'S THE MAIN VILLIAN?? Let me laugh a bit. HAHAHHA

At first when I saw him in this drama, and he was running around the female lead, calling 'sunbae' 'sunbae' -- I thought why would he take this role?

And now it was revealed he's the villain...I mean, c'mon, the writers could've done better than that.
