The only bright spots in the drama were Dr Den and Lukwa. I'm not sure what the policies are on dating a patient…
He did? Oh, I now recall that one scene where Korn took his father's call and said he was with Fahsai. It's satisfying to know that he knew - he got even.

Let me just clear something up real quick (in the replies).tldr: the plot sort of ran away halfway and the end…
The only bright spots in the drama were Dr Den and Lukwa. I'm not sure what the policies are on dating a patient as a psychiatrist but I already bore so much with this drama. I can bear one more.

It was great (no pun intended) to see Bible again on screen and I think he delivered his character quite well. Jes was a fitting partner too. I hope that the next time we see Fuaiz on screen, he plays a character that isn't caught up in a toxic romance and doesn't have to be in so many nc scenes.

I don't even want to get started on Tyme and how much of a red flag he is. Goes on a rampage to get revenge based off of scribbles in his criminal mom's journal. Locks in on the wrong target. Seduces their son and serves him revenge porn on a dish to get the father's attention. Puts a girl (who is an abuse victim that needed his help) in more danger just to gather the evidence he needs. Yet, he's some sort of hero at the end.

The drama looked like it was committed to karmic justice but it's really not. Just a bunch of unnecessary deaths.

Ton Kla's character deserved more exposure but we got nothing. Bits and pieces of his life that don't give away much. They just made him into a killer with a kitty ghost friend. They won't even let him get proper revenge for his brother. Korn cheated (chronically) but Ton Kla died without knowing that. If there's any fairness in this drama it's the fact that Korn chose to go with him. It doesn't make a lot of sense, considering that Ton Kla wasn't a priority to him, but fitting end to a dark romance I guess.

Great was a very shit character who did everything wrong. He was in a hit-and-run, was complicit to murder, helped dispose of a dead body, was privy to the kidnap of a schoolmate by his friend and did nothing. He knew of his parents' corruption and let them clean up his messes. He watched a captive of his brother's get shot in the face and didn't intervene or make a report. The only 'good' he ever did in his life was saving Tyme from getting pew-pewed — and we know he did that for himself.

YET. Somehow. He comes out of his 4-minute reflection as some sort of good character. Earns minimum wage. Goes on a couple of dates. Plays judge and jury to his parents. Decides to 'take responsibility' and it's only about Dome's murder. Everything else is swept under the rug.

The leads have more chemistry than the periodic table
Thank you for this very spot-on comment. It now lives rent-free in my head. 🥹

No. I like who we have. And frankly I'm getting a little tired of hearing this over and over and over and...well,…
I agree with you on this. FB's chemistry is lacking in this drama and it's a surprise because while ABAB wasn't very big on NC scenes, their chemistry was palpable. I absolutely loved them in that drama.

As their individual characters in OF, they're alright, but the chemistry as a pair is off. I could be wrong, but I assume they are not very comfortable with what's required of their characters in this drama. I think OffGun would have bodied it.

Anyway, I love the chaos of OF and I'm invested in the characters of First, Khao, Neo, and Mark. They're carrying the show so hard. I'm so glad they got the roles they did because it really shows their range and how terrific their acting is.

I said MODC because I liked it a little less than I did Trapped. 😅 Don't worry, they don't all go to buy salt. Just give it a chance. I think Jam/Film really did good here. Film's character, Charn, brought a lottt to the table. Enjoy!

I thought the same (about the villain sympathizer plot) at the start and it stressed me out, but we've just got the wrong villain. The plot unravels quite nicely and you'll find yourself liking the rich brat (Thaenthai) at some point. I've enjoyed every episode so far, so I recommend you continue. I'll rate it a 7.5/10. Would have been more, but the editing in certain scenes is quite sloppy.

Earth and Santa did really great in this series. They each delivered their characters and it's so honest that you forget sometimes that they are acting. I've always known that Earth is very talented, but it was great to finally see Santa's full abilities. I'm so impressed.

The characters start off as best friends/soulmates in highschool and their romantic relationship takes off in college. I think the pacing was just right—giving enough time for the audience to understand their emotions and how they develop. I was not a fan of Peak and Hom's couple. I found the Peak character annoying and very presumptuous. Also, the final episode was a whole medical sermon on its own 💀

Earth's playing an effeminate young man was very natural—for obvious reasons. As always, it was sad to watch him go through all the emotional rollercoasters that See-Eiw's character demanded. I hope he plays happier characters in future (yes, I'll never tire of hoping for this elusive dream). More drama, less trauma. He's a really great actor and I wish Wabi Sabi would explore that his range.

Anyway, if you're wondering if to watch it, I say do it! A solid 9.5/10 for me and one of my favorite BLs of 2022.

I spent the whole 40+ minutes struggling to understand why Itt was throwing unsavory tantrums. It was such a turn off—and to think I'm watching the series for Frank. Also, what TF is going on with his hair? 😩

Anyway, it's a toxic relationship, yeah? Day is enabling him because he wants to build that dependency that'll keep Itt by his side. They're very well suited for each other.

I stayed through the episode because of the fight scene. It was good fr. I'll let EP 2 decide if I'm sticking with it or swimming for shore.
