I REALLY ship Hui Hyeon and Jeong Hun. I believe that if they talk it out and plan everything, they can definitely save their relationship. I’m rooting for them.
So far I’ve always liked TaeWan but I was so disappointed in him when he chose hui hyeon. Not only was that extremely rude and inconsiderate towards Jiyu but also very disrespectful to Hui Hyeon. I get why he did that- he wanted to play safe and not “hurt” hui hyeon as he knew she’d know about him choosing Jiyu but that’s not the way to do shit. Both Jiyu and Hui Hyeon got super uncomfortable.
Not that I hate Hye Yeon any less but I feel like Do Hyeog is the biggest bad guy over here. At first glance he comes off as innocent and clueless but imo he’s a very manipulative guy. He’s well aware of everything that he’s been doing yet continues to pretend as if he’s doing everything unintentionally in front of Jiyu. Such dudes are the biggest red flags. He’s way too toxic.

And he himself was being extra sweet to her even if it was by nature. He behaved the same way with Yumi when he was in a relationship. It tells a lot about him as a person. I can never ever get over the scene where Vegas got shot and Pete started yelling while shooting the shooter 3 times and then just crying. Ok so yes, I agree that it’s human to be attracted to others but some people are not comfortable with that. Yumi isn’t. And like I mentioned, what made her actually break up was the fact that he decided to move. He didn’t have to move tho? Being attracted is one thing but moving houses because you’re attracted is a totally different story?? It shows how much he felt around da eun. The fact that Babi had to literally move shows how much of an effect da eun had on him and Yumi saw that. And if choosing her happiness and mental health is considered being “selfish” then I guess it’s that. She didn’t blame Babi for being swayed once, she understood and moved on. Imo, Yumi this season is being very mature and reasonable compared to season 1. (All IMO)
I don’t get why people are getting mad at Yumi for breaking up with Babi? She’s already had enough problems in her previous relationships where the guy has a girl involved with them. Seeing Babi literally moved from his house shows that da eun has an effect on him and can lead to “unavoidable” circumstances. Yumi is FINALLY putting herself and her feelings first so what’s wrong in that? She’s protecting herself from further damage. I’m really proud of her tbh.
