Ok but I don’t think we’ve spoken enough about how FUCKING SEXY Porsche looked in that green suit entering like a goddamn King which he is. That scene was BEYOND HOT.
A few things I need to get off my chest: (SPOILERS ARE PRESENT)
1. I was a little bothered after the VegasPete sex scene because I believed that it was a bit rushed and felt a lot like lust rather than love. But the episodes after that cleared all my doubts for them. I can truly see that for Vegas, Pete is his comfort. We’ve seen Vegas “be with”/kiss multiple people before Pete but imo I’d still say that Pete was his first kiss. The part where Vegas tells Pete that he isn’t his “pet” but the most important person in his life was a huge giver to his love. They made it pretty evident that both Vegas and Pete can not live without each other. 2. Korn is SUS ASF. If he were actually that “innocent” he wouldn’t have killed Gun exactly when he was about to say something. That was extremely questionable. He kept saying that he wanted to “protect” phueng but keeping someone locked for THAT FUCKING LONG is NOT normal. Seems to me that he was in fact his secrets from HER in a way that he didn’t want someone to tell her something. That was really fucked up. 3. As much as I love Kim, that little video wasn’t it. I know that music is something which keeps them connected but they’re scene could’ve done better. 4. I’m still so pissed at Chay. Sir you literally almost gave up your future and turned into a rebel kid just for that dude? 5. As much as I LOVE KinnPorsche, they lacked communication in the finale. Kinn always chose Korn over Porsche. Maybe Porsche would’ve done the same. But still, Porsche was no less than his family too. 6. I believe that Kim was actually the smartest brother. He was low key and picked up on anything that seemed off. Love how he had a setting of his own and while he didn’t interfere with this fam business a lot, he was always aware of what was happening. Kim was a character that many underestimated. 7. Now with all the above points I made for Kim, I really wish that they would’ve used him more. He was a great character with so much potential and deserved more role. 8. Tankhun was real brain cell of the family. A loving person. He truly deserves all the hype for his character!!!
Now there are many things which are left unanswered so I believe that a season 2 is very necessary.
And although the show had its own flaws, I still give it a 10/10. KinnPorsche is the standard.
I reallyyyy hope there’s a KimChay and VegasPete spin off/side story. Especially KimChay because they BARELY had like 5-10 minutes of screen time in each episode???? Ugh I really like their story and chemistry and they deserve their own storyyyyyyy!!!
Now, an appreciation comment for Build because that man was OUTSTANDING. The scene where the dude shoots Vegas and without a second thought he (Pete) unconsciously shoots the guard mercilessly sent chills down my spine. The sorrow and anger in Pete’s eyes while the love in his heart, all of it can be seen AND felt through Builds acting. He’s outshined himself and I’m so so proud. A brilliant actor. Again, I’ll NEVER EVER get over that epic scene near the pool where he shoots the guard. An iconic moment shown by an icon.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Bible is an excellent actor. The way he switched himself from being a psychopath one second and a pity worthy person the next is so commendable. For me, in the final episode, Bible was shining as an actor. Of course he was shining in each of his appearances but there was something so commendable about his acting in this episode that it didn’t feel like acting at all. It felt so so real. I truly felt for Vegas. Literally NO ONE can pull off Vegas in the manner than Bible did. I’m so so so impressed by this man. He really did steal the spotlight. And fun fact: Bible acted better than most long time actors I know. A true talent.
