At the first few episodes it really seemed like Lin Dezan was one of the bad guy. But now it doesn't seem like it. Hopefully he's not.

Even though I like the story so much, as well as the leads, fl's parents and some others, it's taking me too long to finish the series because of the second couple. Especially Gu Xiao. I'll probably get bald when I finish this because of him. Lol

I can't wait for Chen Yu's character development.
And Wu Zhen Feng. Full of mystery. What is he planning really.
I'm not sure if I simply didn't understand what's been shown already or I'm just not suppose to understand the big part of the picture just yet. Lol

Agree. I thought I've seen her before in another c-drama. But when i visit this page, i haven't seen any of her other dramas except Hello, The Sharpshooter. Can't seem to remember the actress she resembles though.

I agree! The marriage decision was mutual no matter what the reason was. It was stressful at times that Erlang's plans weren't as successful because of her, but it's also on him. I've been marathoning the episodes starting from 2 wks ago and, wow. Liu Feng, Liu Ran's brother was so annoying. Making judgement without being there with Liu Ran all this time. I'm so annoyed. And Liu Ran, you pure soul.
Also, the 16th Night scene. Another heartbreaker.
And Huang Xuan, incredible as always. So as Yibo and Victoria.
And yeah, I'm glad An Baitan was cleared already. The mole thing had been bugging me.

'Was not very satisfied with how they ended it. (But I'm glad it was a happy ending. They deserve it.) But i can forgive them. The show was still amazing and the chemistry was really beautiful. I totally fell in love. And yeah, no unnecessary death.
I need another series (doesn't matter if cliché or not), with casts as amazing as them and a beautifully written script. 🤍
