I love how they incorporated the true historic happenings (especially the leading up to Honno-ji). That's how the ending made complete sense.
But his kilt-kimono in the last few episodes is a serious eyesore^^
Well....unless there is going to be a major plot twist, I would say the synopsis is nonsense :) There is nothing supernatural going on. It's a revenge drama.
The 2003 version is one of my favourite dramas of all time, so I am really sceptical about this one. But I'm definitely going to give it a try. The 6 extra episodes could make a huge difference and it can't be any worse than the movie :)
This drama doesn't have a happy ending!?PLEASE TELL ME.....the main leads do not die!
I don't really understand discussions like that. Is it really THAT much of an inconvinience for you to simply edit your comment and check the spoiler box?
You don't see it as a spoiler but someone else might, so isn't better to simply mark an ambiguous comment as a spoiler and be done with it? Just for the sake of a nice and happy community?
Wow. I'm so glad I watched this movie!!
I'm not a fan of horror/zombie movies and almost didn't watch it, eventhough the showed it at my local cinema (yeah! Korean movies in German cinemas <3).
But I am really glad I did. The acting was amazing and the story was very engaging. I got really teary-eyed at times and the "Aloha oe" song will never be the same to me ;(
Better than expected. I almost didn't watch this because of the trailer/first episode. But Eun Ha Won is a really sweet and likable character and not over the top silly or brash like the first few minutes suggested. 7/10

And Jay is right, I only mentioned it because it's also Gong Yoo.
