Imma be honest here, I don’t think Disney is going to risk airing this drama until the legal stuff is cleared out between KSH and Gaseyeon. But at the same time, I doubt Disney is gonna wait until that happens. It’s been 8 months and there’s still no police updates on this case. This case is gonna take at least 3 years to conclude. The negatives outweighs the positives no matter what angle you see this situation in. And at the same time, even if KSH is vindicated, the public are still gonna hold some form of resentment against him forever. For the safety of the cast, the crew and especially Disney, they either have to wait until a verdict is reached or shelve it off completely. Knowing the entertainment world, KSH is going to have to hold another press conference to get public opinion back. Hiding and waiting for the legal stuff to clear isn’t gonna help.

I can’t for sure say the other actors in the industry knows the real truth but Disney definitely knows the entire situation better than anyone else. As I said, there really shouldn’t be a reason for them to be still holding onto Knock Off unless KSH and Gold Medalist have already presented proper evidence to them.
If anything, I believe the Knock Off cast members are also the ones in the industry who knows the truth the most as well. Back in May, Cho Bo Ah was asked about the future of Knock Off and she basically said she doesn’t want to talk about it but hopes that someday, people will recognize that work and that it will have a good outcome. I really don’t get why she would say that if KSH was a pedophile. Sure it could be seen as a carefully crafted response to avoid the question but I highly doubt she would want to be associated with a pedophile.
Disney not shelving Knock Off despite how big this controversy is kinda just proves they have seen enough evidence from KSH to be strong enough.
Honestly, giving my personal insights to this. Disney definitely has their own team investigating the issue surrounding Kim Soo Hyun so the fact that Disney hasn’t cancelled this drama probably means they have seen enough evidence provided by Kim Soo Hyun/Golf Medalist to be credible enough to have him be vindicated. I don’t really know why Disney would still hold on to Knock Off with how bad KSH’s image has become. If there was undeniable proof against KSH, they would have dropped the drama long ago. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see how things unfold.

Pair it up with the fact that garosero has been constantly delaying police questioning and stalling for time also makes it harder for the case to proceed.
