I totally agree with you..the cooking competition with the Mings seems quite pointless to the overall story development…
yes the episodes felt like fillers. WIth remaining episodes, and a lot of issues needed to be resolved im scared everything will be rushed. I still have a high hope for this series but i really hope thay can nail the landing.
The issue for me is the 4 Ming envoy episodes are useless in the overall story. What a crappy cooking contest with constantly changing rules. Why spend 4 episodes if that would mean nothing in the end anyway.

8.1 really? This show doesnt even deserve a 7. Absolute waste of cast. You are 3 episodes-in and the story is so thin it feels like the same episode repeated 3 times. Anyone watching this should try watching the first 2 episodes of Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo and see the difference in directing and storytelling.
i cant actually decide which is worse - this one or that awful Wedding Impossible. Both shows had strong potentials. SangMin, i love you, please please choose your next project carefully.

It is light and entertaining and not overcomplicated. Both Kang and Moo are very refreshing take on what it is to be an LGBT in these time. Acting is just enough and not overly done, and the few sprinkled moments when Moo is crying i just want to reach out to the screen and give him a hug.

No you are not alone, I am enjoying this drama too. Its not the typical soap opera, its not perfect but it at least tries to be a bit different. I fell inlove with Lee Jin Young in May I help You and Im glad just to see him again ina main role. I think Lee Ji Hoon is also utterly underused here.
Wahahaha the script is so cringy its like watching a high school production. I thought Sky is a chef, why is he serving food? That is the cheapest looking restaurant. So many things that dont make sense.
