have worked with people with mental health issue and have done so for over 20 years .. I completely agree with your comment .. often why someone takes their own life can never be explained or understood .. reasons often multi factorial .. the trigger unclear .. in less competitive and more egalitarian and open societies statistically the happiness of people living in those societies is higher and suicide rates lower .. perhaps we need to change the way many societies we live in force young people to compete to succeed and conform !!!
