After BYJ confessed his love, I think the time jump will be at the start of next episode - everything in this "year" is kinda sorted out to be honest, there isn't much left for them to do. It may sort out final stuff and then have them get into a university/college? But it is probably going to be either at the start or end of next episode!

The one thing that is confusing though is why Minchae didn't recognise BYJ (or her dad) in that picture? surely you would be able to recognise the younger version of your parents? and why would the mum say that it is BYJ in the picture - not "[minchae's] dad"?

I think, that seeing as the daughter is unaware who Baek Yi-Jin is, that she is her daughter (Maybe Yi-Jin's but maybe not) and the past-time line will end with them breaking up. then in the future they will have reconnected - the Mum mentions having met him "a month ago", therefore he is not dead (phew). I think they will get together in present day.

DEFINITELY a must watch. not too dark but does deal with some dark-ish things. LIterally insanely good.
