Sizzling
This series is surely fresh, electric, overwhelming with chemistry, and incredibly sensual. OffGun is the perfect couple to execute the story. The overall dark theme of Burnout Syndrome mirror the reality of people who've lost their spark and through emotion they gain it back. The story is well-written up until the final two episodes where they faltered which is unfortunately common to a lot of BLs that I've watched. Episode 1 was a great set up for the rest of the episodes, its a slow burn but once you get to settle in, the rest of the episodes pull you like magnet. While the plot is sensual, mirrors reality, and gets you invested, there are a few details that missed. Overall, you have got to sit and be patient to let the story establish itself.
The acting in this cast is perfection. OffGun is already an established couple and they've proven their versatility time and time again. Mew surprisingly has a great chemistry with Gun and he definitely did a phenomenal job. The supporting casts also did a very good job.
I don't have anything to say about the music. It's perfect. The song choices matches every scene, the tone, the theme, it's cohesive.
While I don't necessarily recommend the series as an introduction to OffGun, I would definitely rewatch this series.
Overall, this is another great series from OffGun. Their chemistry is beyond perfection yet they still have a lot of room to explore in terms of their acting prowess.

Snooze Fest
After all of the successful series, the longevity and talent of OffGun is wasted in this series. This series is a snooze fest but I still finished the entire series because I'm a huge sucker for OffGun.The plot itself was very lighthearted, simple, easy to follow but that's what made the series boring. The idea of an intern falling in love with his mentor was good and can be great but it wasn't fleshed out as much as I initially imagined. All of the characters are shallow and it seemed like the writing department didn't go in depth when they created those characters. The supporting characters, albeit acted very well, doesn't seem to be important and their plot could be easily skipped. Characters like Tae and Ba-Mhee don't have chemistry, Pah could be omitted, and Pie seemed insignificant to the story and was just there to add content. Off's character could have had more depth. Gun's character seemed lacking as well. The music was actually fun and it compliments every scene they were trying to convey. There are a few comedic moments but it's not enough. While this series is well-produced, it doesn't have a rewatch value.
Overall, the series has good music, quality production, very good lighting, and very good acting. The plot is boring and the characters are shallow but perhaps it's because this was meant to be a lighthearted series. While OffGun's chemistry is solid, I lost the usual excitement and giddiness that I usually feel when watching OffGun and that's because the plot was simple. This series honestly feels like a filler series just to have a project. We've seen what OffGun can do with their talent and this is a waste of opportunity. OffGun has delivered time and time, they carried this series and they've been delivering good series ever since, let's not waste their talent. I hope they don't give them another unfleshed and not fully realized project like this again.
