I don't think it was normal that the senior villain got away with everything and not paying his debt.
Ahh I see, well I think he really did just want it all to be over and the rivalry to end. Tae-poong is impulsive as well so I found it in character with what he did.

That's just the way business is and Tae-poong set it up. Now they're peacefully doing their own things apart from each other. Pyo son went to jail and although Father Pyo smashed someone's head into a vase... lol he kind of backed off later and just wanted to be the top dog of business. I think the ending was fitting.
Oh and I'm not even going to point out the error I found again with editing.. ok I will. When Tae-poong said there was ash in his food and Mi-seon said it was because it was from him, nobody's mouth moved lol it felt like an after thought and they wanted those lines in there so they overdubbed it but their mouths didn't actually say anything.
I have to point this out - When it was airing I don't know who was following some interviews or anything, but Lee Jun-ho said himself that the ending wasn't going to have this HUGE event or may not have as large of payback as some were thinking.
like along the lines of a Cliché world changing event, this is a business and people drama, the progression at the end was natural and not over the top like some expected. That's why the end was the way it was, normal and natural.
The precious gift from this drama to me is discovering People are More Beautiful Than Flowers song by Ah Chi Hwan,…
That makes it all the more wonderful at the end. I felt like that's why he didn't grow this huge flower extravaganza. The people were what was important to him now, and he still has the flowers in the office, it's not like he gave up everything. He still loves flowers, but also his team of people. Man I love this show.
The trailer definitely gives Webtoon drama vibes as it's supposed to, it's gonna be absurdly goody but fun if they can pull it off. The cover art here looks AI generated though, so don't know what's up with that.
What the heck is the song that was only play twice in the middle of the show episodes and also towards the end?…
ikr, I still can't find it either and tried extensively when it was played around the 8-10 range.
Edit: Maybe it's the same situation like with the train song that's possibly coming out at a different time. It's not a soundtrack soundtrack, but a BGM type of soundtrack.
Well, no Train song to be found. I guess we'll just have to rewatch if we want to hear it. The Moments song is the soft and slow ballad I kept trying to find that just came out. Still no strangers with flowers to be found and this is the last soundtrack release.
To those saying the ML did not achieve anything, did we watch the same drama? because for the fabric, they sold…
Too, for many commenters only staying here for the romantic portion because they don't like the rest, Tae-poong also has Mi-seon now. It's like they're treating that portion of development and growth as characters like chopped liver.
I don't know what anyone's smoking here, it's been consistently good for me from start to finish and I really do see character development from everyone. Looks like they'll end it well so I'm pretty happy right now, don't understand the hate for this drama lol
As long as I'm having fun and being entertained, that's all that matters. I don't mind the constant hiccups, I just don't. I love every character and the way the show is done that I can overlook some flaws.
In all honesty, I can count on one hand what dramas I found had extremely deep character development, it's not that many. Some shows have already good starting points and characters, so you don't mind seeing them just be themselves. That's how this is for me. I'm going to be super sad when this is over and will definitely rewatch it.
