It was so satisfying to see that ZX was still kinda suffering/yearning years later. And when Chris was revealed…
If I'm not mistaken, in the second book, they actually dated for a while and then broke up. We didn't know much about her character though. I'm glad they flesh her out a bit because I liked how they portrayed her. Granted, I was slightly irritated we got so much screentime on Zhuang Xu.
i am at ep 33the other supposed daughter getting blamed for the ml's accident times and times again doesn't sit…
They're not blaming her for the accident. Everytime they mention it, they talk about how inconsiderate it was for her to not even visit him after the accident happened. That was the main issue. She could've even just sent something as a courtesy apology. Another problem was using Nie Xiguang's title as Nie's daughter, because if she messed up with something else, Nie Xiguang would've been the one to be blamed.
is no one thinking he's a jerk for saying that because he's a ML? Don't get me wrong, i like ML, but i also feel…
In this time period, constant casual talk between opposite genders is seen as flirting. So, the fact that SRQ constantly goes to the female lead to talk is inherently disrespectful to PWX since he's always initiating. And while PWX wishes the LR wouldn't engage with him as much, he understands her willingness given their history. Especially because she only intiates when she needs to talk to SRQ about the Ministry of Justice. Plus, I wouldn't say PWX is picking on him, it's more like he's reminding SRQ of his place, which he's allowed to do as LR's husband.
Furthermore, we're aware as the audience that he has feelings for LR which is why he intiates casual talks, so its irritating.
Also, it's hard to feel bad for SRQ's feelings on his family execution when he disregarded what happend to the Qin Family. His willingness to disregard how the noble families set them up shows that he's a hypocrite who cares more about the noble family maintaining power. Granted, I can admit that he also loves his family, but it makes it hard to feel any sympathy. Plus whether or not it was true that his family commited treason, the same nobles that he consistently defends have been shown to care more about their own families than justice, which means they would most likely be complicit while it was happening.
So are we just supposed to ignore that someone might have died just because Jiang Li decided to play a petty trick…
Can we truly blame Jiang Li and Duke Su for that tho? The princess didn't have to kill the physician, she chose to do so. Given that he was her trusted physician, she could have simply held him (and his family) in captivity for the duration of her pregnancy and use him to moniter her pregnancy. If I remember correctly, they just pointed out that he and his family disappeared, that doesn't necessarily mean killed.
I kinda like it more than i thought i would be. I was also nicely surprised with the ending - when some actions…
I do get part of what you said but you have to realize that without the audio no one would be gifted. They may never become aware or be affected by their powers. This is why it is called "potential". Plus even if their powers manifest, they manifest at a very small level and would need work to develop. With Ohm, he would have just been losing things without realizing it. Additionally, Pang wasn't fighting just to "eat lunch at the same time". That's grossly understating the issue. The problem was how the ordinary students were constantly used and abused by the system with no one to advocate for them. Look at how Wipawin (I think that's her name) was killed and instead of A getting ramifications for her actions she was praised and idolized. That in and of itself shows the problem.
I also think you're looking at the director too positively. I wonder if you think the same after watching the 2nd season.
I am watching episode 16 .Can someone explain what happened to the queen (Zhu Zhanji's mother.) How did she become…
I'm not sure how she got ill but basically what happened was that the physician's misread her pulse and said she was pregnant and reduced all her syptoms to those of pregnancy. And the king, instead of worrying about his wife's health, all he cared about was protecting "a dragon heir." The medicine required to help her would cause an abortion if she was actually pregnant and the natal medicine would threaten her life if she took it. So in the end it was the possibility of a child verses his wif, who was pleading with him saying that she knew she wasn't pregnant.
Furthermore, we're aware as the audience that he has feelings for LR which is why he intiates casual talks, so its irritating.
