The hammer, chair, slipper... can you give the details about the inconsistencies? I'm curious but I kind of dont…
Explaining wont do, but if you curious enough I made some sh*tty compilations...

Notice the tool cabinet and slippers...also, actually not a hammer, it was an axe (it was blurred although it wasnt used as murder weapon?), the axe always there from ep 7, with the exact same position as in that police girl scene ss (the handle more askewed to the right).
( https://i.imgur.com/aIiZnOe.jpg ): wound cut and no wound cut
( https://i.imgur.com/GLqhfy1.jpg ): execution room's little chair in corridor? if that was not, the little chair nowhere to be found in the execution room's fight scene(also the layout of the big chair is changed a bit in this fight scene, just goofs or not still odd)
( https://i.imgur.com/Gob5BOy.jpg ): A. the aftermath scene, police 'truth' B. The reveal scene, JungWoo 'truth'?. Same scene with different perspective.
There are more puzzling things ofc.
also, the editing style really can misleading our perception,

I rewatch the finale and pay attention to the inconsistency/oddity of these: the hammer, the round chair, the perv's slippers in ahjumma's basement scene, JW's right jaw wound cut, 3 police line spectators (2 men and 1 woman) in JW's ambulance scene.
And apparently JW and Jieun phone texts chat doesnt match each other, it happens in kdramas but in this case i think it's part of narrative... Also in ep3, when JW texted Jieun that he had to work overtime and had to postpone their date that day and she replied back, but jieun also worked overtime that day and still working in home cuz she have meeting tomorrow she said, odd scene... how come she was agreed on meeting with JW that day when she totally busy.
my conclusion: It's kind of metaphor ....we are inside JW's head/his novel/his perspective/his sanity/half truth narrative throughout the show, at the end he wants us to believe that he killed only the dentist and his action was justified until the film shows us outside narrative... the testimonies and the reveal... if the reveal scene was indeed the true scene, still we dont know the true cronology... we dont know as much as the police girl.
what really happens that night only JW knows.

Also what really bothered me, forensic didnt test JW for the other Eden resident's blood?
