Bullies were there, because they were manipulated by Sumin just as Jiwon. They mentioned it since the reunion dinner, that they were sorry and tried to make up for it. My understanding is they wouldn’t have bullied Jiwon if Sumin didn’t nag them. So of course they were at fault, but they were genuinely sorry. So they ( Eunho and Jiwon) forgave them.
