I initially wanted to see because if JCW. But in the end stuck because of the story, visuals and acting. JCW plays complex character and his performance was great. Made me finish even when I had hard time with violence and other noir stuff.

I feel the same about the show, also not my cup of tea…. But loved it. I didn’t mind swearing, I think English subtitles were also toned down. But that was nothing compared to what we had to see him do 😂🥹 Thankfully I didn’t think of him as JCW, but Junmo😁

It was intentionally left to interpretation.
It’s for the viewers to keep guessing and discussing so I don’t think anyone is right or wrong. It really depends on point of view and what you wish to believe really.
But at the same time, we get a lot of questions answered, which is cool with me.
I watched it Wednesday right away, and it’s Sunday and the finale is still living in my head… don’t remember when that happened last time.

Very different. More mature. JCW is not the knight in shining armour. Although in my opinion this is his best acting performance yet.

I love cheesy light dramas, but once in a while I give a chance to something like this and I don’t regret it. It has me thinking about it since Wednesday… so many emotions 💔

They couldn’t tell him because he was in hands with gangsters from the start.
Only thing I didn’t understand is why they didn’t lock him up after he beat up Junmo. Apparently, beating up people for fun is not a problem 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think it was intentional that we don’t know that. Since she gave him evasive answer to this question, both are possible. To me, it also wasn’t important.
Junmo killed him for several reasons. He set him free to give him new chance in life, but he didn’t take it and came back.
He wanted to make them feel guilty for driving him to suicide. Junmo didn’t want to let that happen. Since he came back it was obvious he would be threat to them as long as he stayed alive.
But others also pointed out he did it out of pity and on some level for comradeship. He felt conflicted in the end and related to him on some level. So he took the blame onto himself and saved his soul by killing him.
While I felt sorry for him in the end, he was still a bad guy. Same goes for Junmo, he was good until he wasn’t.
And it was in my opinion main reason for the split. Junmo hated himself for doing those things, but also she drove him to most of them by being involved in the operation and he started hating her as well.
They all didn’t budge, and went all the way with their plans and they paid the price. All of them. And that is why I loved the ending so much.

I don’t think there were many unanswered questions. It was by far one of the best closed finales I have seen.
There were hints about it along the way.

I do hope they will get GL for another season/show with PJM and HR because they were great ☺️

I feel like her involvement made him hate himself and her as well, because in order to save her he went on that rampage, which was quite brutal.
And he let KC and HR go because he genuinely cared for them.
In the end he achieved his goal, but lost everything in the process.

It is possible. In interview with director, he hinted on possibility. JCW pitched the idea and director liked it, so it’s only matter on Disney to go ahead or not.

There is always chance it will not suit you, or you won’t like it, but it’s your decision to make ☺️
Depends on your mindset when starting watching and expectations. Mine were very low, I just wanted to see Wookie in different character and I got my wish for sure 😉

I don’t think it’s good ending for ML. He managed to achieve his goal, but lost himself and his wife in the process.

It wasn’t meant to be for everyone as with everything. A lot of people watched for these two and were pleasantly surprised- me included.
While it’s normal to dislike it, some hate going around for it is uncalled for.

I think most comments asked what happened because they didn’t pay enough attention 🙈

Well, he did take in complete stranger into inner circle very quickly. So their reaction was understandable. They were not wrong about ditching 20 years of friendship for a stranger, and they were right. So that led to betrayal.
