Fuiaz is 18 so I'd say legal in most countries, if not all, so I don't have a problem with it, and like you said, they're actors playing roles. I mean, Bible is playing a 21-year-old and during Great's scene with Korn, they established that Korn is a couple of years older, so supposed to be only 23-24, so paired with an 18-year-old doesn't seem that much of a stretch.
