Why is it JY was able to reincarnate back into FY body while XY never did for BS? (Did she really die in the battle 60,000 years ago) And it is strange how JY was searching for XY for 60,000 years (before the incident meant he had back into FY body) but now he woke and found BS reincarnation body even though she told him sheās not XY. He just gave up so easily and gave the body back to FY including all his powers. Wouldnāt it be have been better for JY to help defeat ML first before making such a big sacrifice.. felt like such a sad and bittersweet ending for the original deity cast JY and XY. š
Itās been a while since Iāve found a drama where I enjoyed it so much I managed to binge watch it within 4 days. Initially watched it for Wang Yibo, but didnāt mind the Female Lead as she played a small role in āHere to heartā. I will definitely rewatch this again just for all the cute Ji Xiang Kong and Qiu Ying scenes.. In my opinion, this is much better than Go Go Squid. Love all the songs on the OST too! Highly recommend :)
Iāve watched 14 episodes of the Cantonese version and Iām contemplating dropping it as I find it rather boring...when does it get better??? I struggle getting into palace themed genres, find them always dragging.
Thereās a cute short clip on YouTube were Jin Mi wears a white mask and heās the emperor. That scene is part of epilogue 5 where they are already happily married but Jin Mi has to undergo a hardship trial to mortal realm, where he joins her. After the tragedy they suffer in the mortal realm they will go back to their happy lives as immortals.
So Iāve been stalking Deng Lun and Yang Ziās Weibo for updates, usually actors/actresses promote the series on launch night, but no sign on any of their accounts. So looks like air date has been postponed to August? Hope Iām wrong though. For those interested in this drama, try reading the novel.. it has a great storyline and by the looks of the drama trailers, they will include the special epilogue chapters. (So much feels and reminiscent of TMOPB, happy days!)
