I gave it 6/10. I haven't seen anime or read anything related to this title so I had no expectations for this…
I agree that romance could be added more, but I think there is romance, just added very subtly between Ye Qiu and Mu Cheng. The plot can be generic, but nothing wrong with generic. This is a character driven drama, and I personally like all the characters. I am no gamer, but I think it capture the essence of any sports league, this idea that the young replaces the old while the old trying to hold on to the their glory. Some of the characters can be a bit over blown, but they match well. Furthermore, there are many restrictions with the 40 ep length, so it might be difficult to add everything. But still i love the drama

Kind of, it's very subtle, but yes there is a feel of CP between Ye Qiu and Mu Cheng

this drama was so good right up until the very last ep- it did not do this drama justicei hope theres a season…
The ending is fine, but it's very logic and expected. High school romances usually always end up this way. Couples depart to different cities with their memorizes still connecting them. I never expected Miao Miao and San Yi to be together because how they want their future to be.
