It took me a while before starting it, but I'm actually really glad I watched it. There was genuine love between the characters. Many kiss scenes, hug scenes, hot scenes but still not over the top. The bromance. Even the show was quite good. I'm always afraid when they need to show skills in series/movies. Like swimmers who can barely dive or swim, volleyball players who can't hit the ball,.... No comments on that either. Loved it. Will I re-watch? Not really. It was good, but not top 5 kinda good.
I'm telling you... Taiwanese BL are on a completely different level. This was the best I've watched in a long time. It was SO GOOD I don't even know where to start writing about it. Just watch it, it will rock your world.
I absolutely loved it. My dad was a doctor and I am a nurse, and believe me MANY doctors are as cold on the outside as the ML. It felt relatable. I enjoyed every second of it. She was cute, a bit naïve, head over heels for him, BUT indepenant and strong when needed. He was cold, distant but so warm and fuzzy on the inside... Loved it.
Although it's just the first episode, I must say that Pond and Phuwin acting skills, looks and chemistry are remarkably improving with every new series. They are fastly becoming one of my favorite ships.
Mew's acting is great altho it doesn't seem like he truly understands korean. His reactions are not spot on when the words are spoken. He's like always waiting until the other person has finished speaking before showing a reaction to what's said. But that's just a minor detail...
It feels kinda rushed. Maybe because they are trying to tell a story in episodes of merely 15mins and to my opinion that's never a good idea...
Altho I ABSOLUTELY loved it, and I'm a huge fan of the Taynew ship, I'm still more drawn to Dark Blue Kiss. I felt their interactions were more "natural" in DBK. If you look at New's body language: he keeps his lips stiff, he leans away from Tay,.. I believe Tay did a better acting job this time. The story was perfect. I loved JintaMin. Still gave it a 9, altho New didn't convince me this time.
I'm sorry for all the fans of Ohm... But.... I REALLY REALLY don't like his acting. He's the main reason I couldn't finish all of his Drama's. Just like this one, I started it but he makes it so damn hard to keep watching untill the end.
During the first episode I almost peed my pants laughing.. Their acting, the inner voices,.. hilarious!!! A kind of humour only the Japanese can pull of. Love it!! But then came the second episode. And I was like "what!?! Where did all the fun go?", it looked like it was turning into another serious drama. Thank god, it was saved by the third episode. Over all: loved it! It's the kind of drama I'm hoping Taynew's Cherry magic will turn into🤞🤞 with the inner voices, the overacting, ...
I was SO looking forward to Bounprem and was left disappointed, but couldn't really explain why. I just Rewatched it and I finally know why. Non of the side couples/friends are interesting. I found myself fast forwarding every time Bounprem weren't in the picture. Bounprem were cute, the build up was sweet but the side couples are boring, and friends are way too childish. And after the MC finally acknowledged their feelings, suddenly the conversations turned awkward. The last 2 episodes don't bring anything to the story.
Although the story line was not that good, and I fast-forward many times (due to too many side couples, I only focused on TeeFuse and Frame Book) still I thought it was quite nice too watch and I really couldn't say I disliked it. They were nice to look at because all pretty boys and a fun, cute and natural way of acting.
Read all the comments and they are exactly how I feel as well. If I were Shin I would have dumped Minato's sorry ass. If the writer of this series think that's how a relationship is like, he's got serious problems.
I don't think I can rate this drama objectively. Simply because I love everything about TayNew. Their chemistry on and off set, their acting skills, their looks,.... They could turn the world's worst script into something good and funny. I must say, the first episode was immediately a good one. Rewatched it twice, just because I had to wait for so long and I wanted it to last longer 😉😊
Loved it! Nice mix of bad boy, romance, friendship but also the struggles for forgiveness.. It was mature but still (bitter) sweet. I was taken away by Mark. Although he was in several other series, his acting was soooooo good. I really felt for him. Also Neo, no longer the goofy sidekick. I'm kinda hoping for a spinoff for Boston Nick, because my need for happy endings is not satisfied.

I am 🤞🤞🤞 for their vampire BL.

They were so good. Mark and Neo in more mature rolls, and being paired up.. Loved it!!

Finally Taynew together again!
