I think Lao K is the biggest shipper in this show 😂😂 He always looks at them all like "I know what's going on and I find it amusing" and makes fun of Cat for not understanding anything 🤣🤣
I agree. I hate dramas where they keep evolving the misunderstandings over the period of time and they breakup…
Ofc not all dramas evolved, we still see this a lot unfortunately. But it's there, for example the characters in You are my hero talk to each other mote rather then jump to conclusions. And yes, a lot of dramas use comical scenes as filler - I actually quite enjoy that. They are usually good in making the leads closer to each other eventually, like in the video you shared.

Exactly!!! It's meant to fill time in the drama, but it takes away from the content. That's why I like the newer dramas coming out, they seem to be evolving in this aspect.
I'm really enjoying this Drama. I hated the FL in the beginning, but her behaviour is getting much better (or maybe I just got used to it). But I love the relationship between the leads - the fact that they are mature and talk things out like adults. Even the confession scenes are very mature. Am I the only who felt that the episodes last Thursday were just filler? Nothing interesting about the main leads happend.... Anyway, I recommend this drama. If you are watching the first episode, tough it out, it gets SO much better. I especially love the character Johny Huang is playing - a mature adult who speaks his mind. I hate those overbearing CEO dramas where all the issues can be solved with a simple conversation.
At first I hated the FL, she's so unlike any other FL I've seen it was weird. But now I love that about her. I think her quirky personality is part of what allowed her to accept the ML's Mafia ties with such ease. It seems like she actually enjoys the fact he's in the Mafia.
I absolutely loved the last episode. How the ML's had to play the "Homme Fatale" was hilarious to me. The bravery of doing it with an LGBT theme is amazing. I feel like if they hasn't and the FL had to play the "Femme Fatale" it would've had less of an impact. I don't pity the bank president. He's clearly a despicable human being. Also, stupid. How can you fall so deeply in love so fast? As far as to take business advice from someone you just met?
All in all, I can't wait for the next episode. I feel like each episode is completely unexpected and I can't even guess what will happen next.
