As for the 2nd boat, if the other 2 boats deemed it fine to shoot at that distance, the other one could have done so or begin to move to an area to do so but they didnt for the longest time and that was retarded. Only thing more idiotic maybe was the first boat that waited until they were almost entirely destroyed before deciding it was a good idea to shoot back. My complaints were not the uniforms, the look of the ship, the sets, the length of the battle, relationships, ramen, dialogue, or anything you mention. It was the RETARDS who were right there and did nothing for the longest time in the movie and the other RETARDS on the first ship under tons of fire wondering for a long time if they should fight back. That was my only complaint, and something you dont need to be an expert in anything to see its stupid and ruined the movie. You dont have to be in the navy or anything to see how dumb it all is. Its a crappy end and climax full of BS and dumb brain dead decision making.

Based on real events dont mean anything. This is a movie, movies need to make money, boring movies dont make money. Most movies on true events are loosely based in fact at best and horribly exaggerated for dramatic effect no matter how good and noble the intentions are. I said twice I doubt what the movie depicted is actually what happened in real life. All my criticism was on the film makers. You dont need to be a soldier or a "war expert" lmao to see that a friendly boat basically next to you sitting on its ass not helping for almost the whole movie while the other boat is getting shit on from enemy fire to near destruction while wondering "should we shoot back?" before returning fire is RETARDED. As for "hurr the veterans were there, and the museum.." and so on again look at commentary with other historical movies, behind the scenes, interviews with the people hired to make sure things are accurate and they all complain how studios hire them but never or rarely consult with them or wont use a lot of the provided and offered equipment and will ultimately do what is needed to make a fun exciting movie that will make money. This is not uncommon at all and its painfully obvious here and if this did happen to be extremely accurate, then the crew of the 2nd boat were idiots and the crew of the first were idiots as well. For not helping when right there and for waiting so long to fire back for the main boat that got attacked first.

Wow what a let down. Just finished it. Everyone was exceedingly stupid in their decisions. 12 episodes made it all seem rushed even when taking into account it was meant to end on a cliffhanger for an S3. First season was far superior. So many corny and BS scenes. Too lazy to type all the complaints. Whatever. 6/10
Great cast, very solid drama. Good characters and plot. Not bad at all. Loved seeing Go Ah Ra again, surprised to see Lee Seung Gi too, but glad he was here. Did not expect to see Cha Seung Won again after A Korean Odyssey but I am happy I did, hes really good.
