I think they show us the scenes out of sequence. As in, if you take the oil fighting scene we see Ryu Soo Yeol discovering the jewelery while K is still fighting the bad guys but obviously that cannot be. So I believe all the action happens but in a different sequence than we are shown or using two hands instead of one in the case of the white truck driver scene. If i am making any sense lol
