Question: I'm 6 episodes in and this is reminding me a lot of A Korean Odyssey & The Bride of Habaek -- both of which I didn't love and just found 'okay.' ...If you've watched those 2 other dramas I mentioned, do you also find this drama to be really similar? Are there other elements coming around the corner that make it better/more worth it? ...No spoilers please. :)
Episode 14 is when he thinks they are siblings, but it's confirmed in episode 15 that they really aren't.
I think she said that she went with what he thought, and made up that they were related. I’m definitely still confused on how they are connected, but I think she confessed to her henchman that it was fun making him think that they were related.
What is the plot of this drama? I don't understand anything from the summary. :(
Yeah the summary is HORRIBLE here.
Here's my attempt:
Our main female lead since she was a child has always been able to see ghosts and evil spirits (think Master's Sun) with only a talisman embedded on an umbrella for protection. Through a series of fortunate (or unfortunate events) she as a child ends up releasing a 'fairy' (our main male lead) -- this fairy promises that if she releases him from his prison, he'll always protect her whenever she calls out his name. Although, just how honorable is this 'fairy'? ...Will he keep his promise, or slither his way out of it?
I'm looooooooooving it so far. It's still just as poignant, entertaining, and endearing as I remember from before. I honestly think this writer is a genius. <333
“I’m afraid again. That the coward inside me that closes her eyes and swings her fist might hit someone. I may not be as good a person as I think I am, and that scares me.”
O mythical, and nonexistent subs! Wherefore art thou subs?
Deny thy out-of-touch overlords (Viki and Dramafever) and refuse thy nonexistence.
Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn to existence soon haste,
And I’ll no longer be a desperate and clearly bored AoY fan! ;)
I am so, so saddened that there are no subs for this drama yet. I don't understand why big sites like Viki or Dramafever haven't picked it up. ....You'd think there would be a demand/huge following for it.
I was referring to the woman CEO -- I don't know her name. ;/ ....She's definitely psychotic.
It's definitely one of those dramas where you need to give it a couple episodes, but it is worth the wait.

...Fastdrama has subs for it now. :D
...Or maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Deny thy out-of-touch overlords (Viki and Dramafever) and refuse thy nonexistence.
Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn to existence soon haste,

It's a bittersweet happy ending.
This is infinitely better. <333
