He is indeed a real jerk. He is such an abusive character towards NE that red flags start to fly. While he may be dying, it's still infuriating to watch. I think Ji Tae's relationship with his fianceé, Jun Eun, may be a mature adult love (though he doesn't love her), but Jun Eun seems to be a shifty character, therefore it seems that it may be a volatile love.

While that may be true, JY treats NE like utter crap. Just because you're dying doesn't give you the right to hurt people. On the other hand I agree with you, neither of them deserve her.
