And like I said dubbing happens because of different reason. Maybe there's too much noise on set. Maybe actors have tight schedules and can't go for dubbing or they may have certain accents that's not suitable for costume dramas.

Dubbing in Chinese dramas is not unusual. A lot of actors get dubbed for different reasons. It doesn't happen only to Cheng Yi. Also he was dubbed in both promise of Chang'an and stand by me. He used his own voice in Mysterious lotus casebook and for his future dramas, we have to wait and see what will happen.

I admit burning flames had a good script and good potential but it was ruined with bad direction and bad CGI. Even dubbing had serious problems. It could have been a big hit with a better team🤧

You didn't get my point and I didnt call you stupid? Rating a drama 4 based on only 4 episodes isn't really ok and what I find funny is that you gave this a four and then say it doesn't deserve a low rating and then say the rating should be between 7.7 to 8.1 even though you yourself gave it a 4😂

I don't mean to upset Yang Mi's fans here but her acting is non existent in this drama. Her face is always the same no matter the situation. I know her character is supposed to be emotionalless but she should at least be able to make us feel something.
