the butterflies were real, the ending was not enough!

A cute, silly, and heartwarming rom-com! The plot might be cliché, but I enjoyed every second of it! It’s been a long time since I last found a good rom-com K-drama that made my stomach flutter as much as this one did! The chemistry between the two main leads was top-tier, and I absolutely loved their dynamic! Their romance felt so natural and lovely, which made it even more enjoyable to watch! Honestly, the character development was a bit lacking, and some parts of the plot felt underdeveloped and boring. If it weren’t for the amazing chemistry between the leads and how natural their relationship felt, I think the drama would’ve fallen flat. Still, I genuinely enjoyed it because their romance was so sweet and gave me all the butterflies!

The ending, however, felt way too rushed! It would’ve been perfect if it weren’t for that. They should’ve made it a 16-episode K-drama T-T

I also wish they’d explored Doyoon’s storyline more! The drama focused so much on the main romance that there wasn’t enough time to properly develop the other characters and their arcs. I would’ve loved to see more of what ultimately happened to Doyoon and his mother, as their storyline felt a little unfinished. The villains felt like nothing more than decorations at times. They had so much potential, but their storylines were barely explored, and their eventual downfall felt way too rushed. It would’ve been much more satisfying to see their stories developed in greater detail instead of having so many things left up in the air. Overall, better character development and a more complete ending would’ve made this drama even better!
