He's very, very good indeed. His expressions and intonation are so on point. I enjoy and look forward to every scene of seeing him. I hope he gets more main roles in the future. As a plus, he's devastatingly handsome.
Could you elaborate why a bit? I haven't watched it.
I'm not intrigued unfortunately. The only reason I'd check it out is KNG, but fortunately I have yet otter works of his I plan to watch, so this goes far in the future, if I even decide to give it a shot.
This is one of the best Japanese Dramas I've watched in terms of quality/budget. Acting is decent, it's very intriguing and I love how it keeps getting you wondering as to why/who and what. Does anyone who has read the manga know if it can be covered in 7 episodes?

Thank you for taking time to give your opinion! The flat characters and choppy storytelling puts me off the most, as I read it. Can see why KNG rejected it twice. 😅 It seems not very well balanced. I might give it a shot just out of curiosity and love for KNG, although I'm not really a fan of the fantasy genre in Dramas, but I am a fan6 of horror.

Thank you for taking the time to reply! I may give it a shot, at least the first episode, some day. I haven't read the source material either, so I'll be going blind too hehe.
Let's hope it gets a second season after all the awards the people who worked in it got. Congratuations to Kim Namgil, Jin Seonkyu and Ryeoun! They did such a fantastic job. :)
This started airing on Greek TV tonight and I'm excited they chose it! I've been meaning to watch it for years now, but it was left on my PTW. Now is the time to finally enjoy it. :) The first episode was very interesting.
Ha Young became one of my most favourite characters of all time. His realness and empathy simply left me in awe. His character development was so satisfying to watch.
Also, a few of these cases leave you disturbed when you hear their culprits talk in detail about them, and the way they feel and react when describing them is also disturbing. Because it's actually real. I loved this aspect of the Drama, haven't ever seen it before in such extension.
